Merkel should make sure , before she retires, that EU distributes 200 million Training Videoconference Tablets & Laptops with cheap Data plans ,Cost ~€35 billion, so all Europeans can learn E-commerce, Electric Vehicles, Batteries , e-Drones & e-Planes , Hydrogen & Thermo-Electrics , Hatcheries , Solar/Wind/Wave Energies , etc. and specially DigitalEuro apps and tokens , now that big Tech companies are converting their Patents into NFT's, which proves personal efforts, creativity, imagination , hard work and will can become assets in the little banks we carry in our pocket smartphones and tablets . In my opinion, if Europe does not do that , Asia will take over Jobs and Capital in a few years.
