In my opinion Netanyahu, the partner of Zelenskiy, gets away wtih this illegal abuse because he counts with the Votes of the Orthodox, Kach, , etc. extreme groups , many of whom don't pay income taxes , don't pay real estate taxes , and avoid sales taxes with a handshake and no paper trail , and they are getting close to Colombia top leadership and Mexico ( Sheinbaum) to start the take over of that market, like Zelenskiy in Ukraine with Civil War to divide clueless Christians. As long as Netanyahu gets these Votes, he will abuse the system, since the Country has no Constitution, they vote Laws as they go .
