Germany and Europe have right now a shortage of 500.000 highly skilled Workers for Electric Vehicles and Batteries GigaFactories, for Chips manufacturing and Solar,Wind and Batteries Arrays, for Data Centers with advance logic - AI servers , etc. They could have invited the best from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan , Vietnam, China, etc., but instead they are invaded by fanatics that have no intention of Integration and Assimilation into EU Culture, instead their leaders tell them to burn all the tourist resorts and beaches where infidel men and woman in bikinis enjoy their Vacations . The 2024 Elections must find very talented and skilled new EU managers . Let's remember that hundreds or caliphate fanatics are running for EU Public Office, while EU men and woman complain at the bar and club about everything, doing nothing. That's the problem, in my opinion.

Germany and Europe have the solution : Build the 300 - 400 Gigawatts of Solar, Wind, Batteries Arrays they announced , build 15 large Electric Vehicles and Batteries GigaFactories, build Heat Pumps Factories, build the EU Chips Act for mature Chips, CPU's and GPU's, and set up a Trading Platform with South & Central America / Caribbe so that small Farmers and Industries don't go bankrupt: Europe has 70 millions Cattle, while Lat Am has 350 + million Cattle, and similar for Crops, Minerals , Oil & Gas, etc. : Data Centers with Advance Logic & AI Servers and BLOCKCHAIN can make sure Fair and Honest Trade is always there and Lat Am build a strong Common Currency , and this is the only way for Europe and Lat Am and Africa to compete with China and India : 700 + 700 million Workers with No Free Speech and No Free Media and where Central Gov's can order 350.000 Workers to build one single gadget or one single crop or one single circuit board, no one can compete with that except with Blockchain and Advance Logic Data Centers everywhere.
