Pope Francis should focus on installing Solar Panels and Wind- Wave Turbines with Batteries in every one of their buildings ,with Hydrogen also and with Electric Vehicles local assembly and services .If Pope Francis wants good Health Care Services ,like he says he is getting, the Catholic Church must be part of the Local Economy, the Internal Market, that supports that Health Care Service.
