In my opinion the Geological Area of Venezuela, Guyana , Suriname, French Guiana and Northern Brasil should be approached as a single massive deposit of Oil, Gas, Minerals and Rare Earths, a systematic exploration and deep mapping of the whole area, on shore and off shore .That region can be one of the wealthiest in the World if well treated as a single source of Energy, Jobs and Exports.
