Peace Negotiations Ukraine - Russia : First issue on the agenda must be the Rights of the Donbass Minority, around 8 million Christian Slavic Russian - Ukrainians, among the whole 42 million in all Ukraine. Zelenskiy promised Basic Rights for the Donbass Minority when he run for Office in 2019 and a Peace Deal with Russia, and 72 % of Ukrainians voted for that ! However, once elected , Zelenskiy rejected all Peace Proposals and the bombings restarted . The Right to speak Russian and send own Representatives to Kiev. Most Ukrainians want Peace and Stability, and it starts by giving these Minorities their basic Rights, as Zelenskiy promised to win the Presidential Elections in 2019 . His term has expired in May 2024, new Elections must be organized, it's the Law.
