ADF rebels are sunni Salafist Jihadis, financed by Middle East Oil Sheiks and Minerals Traders to keep Oil Drillers and Diamond and Gold miners away so they can control the Prices : If DRCongo, Congo, Uganda , Nigeria, etc. were stable and without Jihadi terrorists, they could extract 3 to 5 million barrels of Oil and Gas equivalent every day, and mine tons of Minerals every year, and then the price of Oil & Diamonds, etc., would go down to € 40 a barrel , etc. The Middle East Oil Sheiks don't want that , so they finance the African madrassas that promote violence, death and Destruction and keep Oil Drillers and the other Mineral miners away.
