United Nations and international observers must be present in all Voting Stations in Libya on December 24, counting Votes and bringing the ballots to the center office for final count. The anti EU lobby's and War Profiteers will try to derail the Votes , they cannot succeed , some are the same lobby's financing Middle East men and ex - inmates to Europe through Belarus ,etc.
