The EU Green Deal Industrial Plan must work in parallel to the USA Inflation Reduction Act, IRA, since this is a Global Crisis : The fragile Global Economic System cannot handle the Instability of the Manufactured Ukraine War and it's real agendas : Modi and Netanyahu, among others, are buying very cheap Russia Oil, Gas and Minerals, re - mixing them , and re- selling them to US, Europe and world wide with huge profits , this War is a Scam , when will Brussels wake up ?
