The case of Boston Dynamics ( who has pledge never to weaponize their Robots ) and KUKA Robots in Europe should be studied by all Economics, Political, Engineering Students: Very valuable Technologies that were ignored by Washington DC ( Boston Dynamics is controlled by Hyundai Motor Group ) , and by Brussels ( KUKA now controlled by China's Midea Group ) and that should have been nurtured and supported by Europe and USA. Now the key is to manufacture and code the Chips and AI that controls the robots.
