  1. Brussels and Washington DC must implement their Semiconductors Foundries Plans , why the delay ? Because the same Warmongers that are distracting EU & US with the manufactured Ukraine Crisis don't want Europe and America to be strong and self - sufficient on Chips , they want them to be dependant on Asia and the Middle East for Chips, specially the Military Chips that go into APS and Anti - APS ( Active Protection Systems in Weapons ). How can EU & US be so naive , clueless and incompetent ? Shame ! On top of that , the new Ukraine package of Weapons voted this week in DC , without any supervision , can flood the EU with uncontrolled Shoulder Fired Missiles, Advance Explosives Gear , etc. , and unlimited Funds for Nuland, Hochstein, Vindman and all their Warmongers to spread Chaos all over Europe, and keep Energy and Foods Prices up instead of a Peace & Trade & Jobs Pact with Russia , to profit the Asset Managers, Hedge Funds & Private Equity that want to buy the best EU Assets at Bankruptcy Prices. Europe and America are being played like little Babies by these organized criminal rackets behind Zelenskiy, Kolomoisky, Bogolyubov, Bakanov, Shefir, Abramovich , etc. Very sad to watch !
