In my opinion, Chancellor Merkel should make sure Libya Democratic Elections on December 24 are run in Peace and NATO should make sure of it , they were there when the mess started, they have a responsibility to make sure Military Groups controlling Towns don't manipulate local Votes , and the UN can supervise this very important stability Vote. Africa needs a transparent Vote and EU cannot miss this one. We know the Oligarchs will try to derail this critical Vote.
