Since Europe must install at least ~ 400 Gigawatts of Solar, Wind, Hydrogen, Batteries ,Desalination and Vertical Urban Farming inside the EU , with most components like Semiconductors build inside the EU, the EU Youth must work there while going to Schools and Universities .The EU must organize a Plan so that every Youth learns on the factory floor, now that Factories are automated , robotic , clean and run by tablets , like Tesla and Porsche , Airbus and Siemens , etc. To just hang out in the streets smoking hashish and nicotine and drinking beer and complaining about everything must be gone , that is not enough anymore , all the EU Kids must experience a modern Factory and Farm, in my opinion.
