In my opinion, the EU Political Community should respond to the OPEC insult of cutting production to increase prices in these extremely difficult times of high inflation by starting to build 400 Gigawatts of Solar & Wind & Batteries Arrays in the EU : The best defense against the Oil & Gas Cartel is to build Clean Energy Independence in the EU . Let's hope Pr. Macron starts the EPC with Action, not just endless Conferences and Meetings and Lunches , but real action : 400 Gigawatts of Clean Energies.
