In my opinion Europe should make a fair Deal with the Taliban : Close the Heroin Industry and all Daesh - Qaeda networks and Respect All Afghan Woman, and the International Community releases Funds , around $10 billion altogether , mostly in US , but also in EU and IMF, etc. Afghanistan Funds are mostly International Aid , they depend on Foreign Aid mostly. If the Afghan People starts to go hungry and desperate , they will blame the West, specially EU and US , which is what the Oligarchs hope for , they want the whole World on fire and collapsing , so they can buy all Assets cheap , at bankruptcy prices , and since Neocon Oligarchs are smarter than Christians and Muslims, they will sadly succeed.
