  1. Borrell has the practical solution : Become self sufficient ! Europe and USA must focus on small modular reactors , SMR , make them safe-proof, 100 % secure , plug and play, modular , flexible to link multiple 50 - 300 MWe units together , use them for icebreakers , ships, submarines , power plants on ships, etc. Sadly nuclear submarines don't generate electricity for Consumers , don't build Economies , they just look around for troubles. In my opinion, France and Europe must develop a practical response , practical applications for compact energy devices , not wasting one minute on complains . Europe , move forward !
