  1. In my opinion, the Arctic Council was created 25 years ago to promote Cooperation and Development of the Arctic in a responsible and healthy way . To try to insert the absurd Ukraine War and it's politicking in the Arctic , in it's Emergency Networks, Ports , Energy, Indigenous Communities and its Research is irresponsible, dangerous and pure War Profiteering. PM Trudeau : Is this your Legacy ? Turn the Arctic into a battle ground for Military Contractors and War Profiteers ? Shame !
