The " Ukraine Facility" approved by the European Council is CONDITIONAL on Ukraine Government making Structural Reforms in Public Administration, Good Governance, Rule of Law and Fight against Corruption and Fraud . Technically, in my opinion, EU Taxpayers cannot legally send EU Funds to Zelenskiy until the scheduled Presidential Elections are conducted, without Rule of Law and announced Elections there cannot be EU Funds Grants or Loans . Fact is Zelenskiy wants to extend the War without Elections, while he gets rid of all potential Candidates, and while most Christian Ukrainian Males of Military and Political Age die in battle, to enter Brussels with his own Middle East Lobby Men and Woman, and takes over EU Funds Offices and NATO Nuclear Weapons and Funds Offices, from the corrupt, incompetent and clueless drama queens in Brussels, Strasbourg and Frankfurt. The 2024 Elections must change everything. In my opinion Vestager should be in charge of one of the 3 EU Executive offices .
