Europe and Latin America/ Caribbe must build Data Centers with advance logic & AI servers to organize Products, from Farming to Cattle to Workers , and make sure everyone wins in these new Competitive Markets. China and India are building hundreds of Data Centers , broadband , apprenticeships, etc, , they are going to master this segment in 5 years , South & Central America/ Caribbe must move forward or be left behind and poor. Will their elected officials see it and act ? In my opinion the 2024 Elections must find new skilled and talented Elected Officials and Bureaucrats, from securing EU Borders to ending the " manufactured " War in Ukraine, Europe must find new strong and skilled managers .

Europe hot weather means Crops and Fields must be reorganized: AGRIVOLTAICS covering fields instead of burning, and growing MANGOES, AVOCADOS, CLAMS, OYSTERS, etc. combined with Desalination Systems Farms, all powered by Solar , Wind and Batteries Arrays.
