  1. Instead of Pandemic repairs, more profits for the Weapons Companies, whose large Stockholders are already making huge profits from the War. If approved, a very incompetent and stupid use of EU Funds, which are borrowed Funds from the same financial groups already making huge profits from the War, the Privatizations in Ukraine and the Reconstruction, a scam in my opinion.
