Europe must start installing Solar Panels, Wind Turbines and Batteries arrays, build Electric Vehicles and Heat Pumps Factories and build Agrivoltaics and Desalination Farms, right now, training the Youth and Workers , or face poverty . If the EU Parliament does not react to the situation, they must resign and go home. This is a real Crisis and demands action, not more speeches and conferences, but instead start building Solar Panels Farms and Heat Pumps, etc.
