  1. In my opinion for Italy and all Europe's Border stability and Energy supplies , Dec. 24 Elections in LIbya are fundamental. European men cannot wait at the bar with the drink or other substances in hand complaining about the Mediterranean Chaos and dependency on Eastern Europe for Oil and Gas supplies , while not making sure the Libya Elections bring stability to that Country. Until Europe develops a full Clean Energy Industry and Electric Transportation, Oil and Gas stable price and supplies are vital. Observers before to organize transparency , during to secure votes and after the Elections to count the Votes are the key. Less whining at the bar and more stability in Libya , please !
