With stability and Rule of Law , Syria Oil , Gas & Minerals Industry, still underdeveloped, can finance a solid Local Industry, Farming and Social and Educational Services, there is no reason for Syria not to be successful as a Country, and also Tourism can create many Jobs . Lets hope Democracy and Rule of Law prevails, it can be a great successful reality in the Middle East.
