Even TikTok owner is designing its own AI GPU chips and manufacturing them at TSMC, but Europe still doesn't have its AI Chip Foundries : " TikTok owner ByteDance taps TSMC to make its own AI GPUs to stop relying on Nvidia ..." tom's Hardware . If Europe does not manufacture it's own CPU , GPU, NPU , etc., they will condemn the EU Youth to irrelevance, mediocrity and failure . Europe should build Intel Chip Foundries by owning 51 % of the stock . If the EU Parliament and Commission can't do that , Europe must find new leadership right away, in my opinion.
