Many Businesses don't want to invest in India because local and regional regulations make it impossible to take business profits out of India to the original investors countries , and because these local Laws make the Technologies and Intellectual Properties used by the foreign investors into the Properties of the local Regulators and Agencies, in some cases even the machinery becomes local property .All these local regulations make it unprofitable to invest in India , without breaking the Law using illegal bribes and fees sometimes requested by locals . In many aspects they still are regulated by old marxist - leninist rule ideologies.
