What is the proposal of NATO and Washington DC ? A cold War with China using the Balloons and a hot War with Russia using Ukraine , and that way sell F - 16's : " Top House Republicans call on Biden to increase military support for Ukraine", in CNN run by the Neocon Oligarchs Warmongers like Zaslav . The whole formula is a failure. We must find better ideas . Also the € 300 billion of Russia Funds in the West that no one can find , they are in Western Banks , is another Legal failure .
