Merkel and others , Die Zeit 13.7.22, that the Minsk Agreements were a Lie and the West was organizing a War against Russia since at least 2014 to steal their Assets again ! Will Gen. Pavel be part of the new EU Change ? Look at PM Meloni making Energy Agreements around the World , that is what is needed with Latin America and others .
