In my opinion , Brussels should not wait any longer to distribute millions of Training Videoconference Tablets & Laptops with cheap Data plans as well as building 100 gigawatts of Solar and Batteries systems, with Hydrogen and Desalination in parallel for Heavy Transportation, eDrones and ePlanes , etc. , from Portugal to Greece and including Countries like Bulgaria with stable democratically elected officials , not Oligarchs like in Ukraine. The Pandemic is the best proof for this strategy . Europe must be Electricity self sufficient and highly trained in E-commerce , Digital Euro , Augmented Reality and Cyber security.

Radev won by supporting anti- corrupton movement , he said last week that Crimea is part of Russia , and since 75% of Crimea Residents are ethnic Russian , speak Russian and voted to be part of Russia in last Elections, he is correct . The problem is that Ukraine Oligarchs make money out of whining about Russia aggression, they have turn it into a business as well as a distraction from their corruption : Since Maidan Massacres, the same Oligarch's control most Ukraine assets and Government Contracts, nothing has changed. Now they push for a War between EU ,US and Russia to make more money out of it.
