  1. EU & US Factories slowing down or even closing production due to a Chip shortage is absurd and shows very deep bureaucratic and corporate incompetence , unable to calculate demand and supply. In my opinion Intel 2 MegaFab project, up to 8 Fab's in each , is a very smart and practical solution. Time is of the essence, just do it , don't let the Oligarchs distract you again !
