Solution : a) Europe must build 100 gigawatts of Solar Panels and Batteries all along Southern Europe and upgrade the Electric Grid with smart Chargers and 5G / LTE , etc. to expand eDrones Networks , deliveries of products and personal transportation. All components made in the EU by EU Workers . b ) EU distribute 200 million Training Videoconference Tablets / Laptops with cheap Data plans so all Workers and Consumers can mantain and administer the Electric Transportation and Grid above. In my opinion, if you run for Public Office including the 2 points above , you will win .Europe must control it's own Energy and Skills / Knowledge. Notice how some of the worst enemies of Europe , some of the Asset Managers , Hedge Funds , Private Equity , Shorters and Speculators are accumulating control of Cloud Data Centers, this is a bad sign of bad things to come , Europe must stay together and focus on Electric Vehicles, Batteries, Hydrogen , Robotics Factories and Training and expect very intense and ugly misinformation campaigns to derail that focus , and steal Recovery Funds with useless Wars and Conflicts .
