  1. Good News ! Disappointed kitchen staff in video touches all food with hands without gloves , usually cooks then clean and dry hands on their aprons which are used repeatedly, that is a health hazard. In my opinion Chef should immediately correct that unhealthy 3 way contact : touching foods with hands and contact with apron and kitchen utensils, during a pandemic.
