Don't blame Biden for everything : The Neocon Oligarchs that control Brussels and Washington DC and NATO wanted to close all Intel Chip Factories in Europe and America, send all the Manufacturing to the Middle East, and leave Intel as a licensing company. I didn't see any of the incompetent and clueless Politicians and Bureaucrats in Brussels trying to stop the Neocon Oligarchs from closing the Ireland Intel Semiconductors Factory.
