A baguette of White Flour has very little Nutritional Value , France and Europe need and want more Protein ,more Content . Will France Baker's move to the 21 Century ? In these difficult times of Energy Shortages , French and Europeans need more Grains , more Fiber, more Proteins for the Euro , it's that simple .
