This proves Europe must install 100 gigawatts of Solar & Battery systems from Portugal to Greece with dozens of Electric Cars , Trucks,Vans , Bikes , Batteries Factories and Chargers and distribute 100 million Training Videoconference Tablets Laptops with cheap Data plans to increase the skills of every EU Youth ,Families and Workers .
