The Coastal areas from Venezuela to Brasil hold around ~ 200 billion ( american ) barrels of Oil, Gas and Minerals equivalent, that can be extracted carefully and avoiding ecological disasters, and where the Chemicals needed can be extracted to manufacture 300 Gigawatts of Solar , Wind, Hydrogen, Wave, Hydro, Geothermal and Batteries arrays.
