EU and US must send own staff, with UN , to watch and video stream the delivery of Humanitarian Aid : Food Kitchens and Hospitals Medicines , etc., making sure every Euro goes to the right problem. The Taliban must agree to end Heroin Industry exports , that has killed at least 700.000 People in EU and US since 2001. If Afghanistan collapses , Daesh Khorasan, Qaeda and the Heroin Lobby will take over at least half of the Country in a year.
