Europe must develop a very simple tutorial, a very basic training program so the Youth can understand the logic that AI uses : the GPU chips , the Data and facts or lies inserted , and the code and algorithms used to build the new answers in Text , Video, Holograms, Music Art, Neuron links, etc. , so they can find out if it's Human made or machine made , and who inserted the words , the sentences and with what intention, what agenda . If Europe does not train its Youth , they will be defenseless and weak. Watching how incompetent, arrogant and corrupt some EU Leaders are , I expect another disaster and culture failure . Very sad !
