EIB : In my opinion these logical local programs are more effective if Holland and Europe speed up Building Chips Foundries , advance SoC , GPU & CPU & Fast Memory , for Data Centers , etc., maybe in Tubes ? facing each other ? Europe has no Oil, Gas or Minerals left, but it knows how to make Chip Machines and how to use them , the sooner new Chip Foundries start, the more Apprenticeships, and the more AI to find new healthy non - toxic Pesticides, Weedkillers, Fertilizers , etc., as well as Composites , Proteins and non - toxic Plastics for Food and Drinks Packaging, Medicines and Desalination systems. In my opinion Europa and USA Commerce & Energy Departments must push Chip Foundries build up at the speed of light. Fair Commerce between Europe , USA and South & Central America demands Logic Data Centers to make sense between small and very large Farmers and Ranchers and Industry and Finance and Transportation, new AI logic Data Centers, or Asia and others will do it for everyone .
