AI is based on : a) GPU Chips , b) the Data inserted, since AI only knows what it's been told and trained for , c) the code & algorithms used to build new Answers in Text, Video , Holograms, Music, Art, Neuron links, etc. The EU Youth needs a very basic , very simple tutorial so they can master the logic behind AI, Programmers like Python for AI, and C++ for Heavy Duty Jobs. Will Europe act on this ?
