  1. In any civilized Society, Drivers must stop when asked by Police , otherwise is chaos. Some of these Youth announcing they are going to burn down everything, they can work in a Construction site carrying bricks or cement, they can work in a Hospital cleaning, they can work in a restaurant washing dishes, but instead they prefer to hang out, complain about everything and smoke hash and drink beer. Many could work in their ancestors Countries in Africa or the Middle East and open Business there , but they prefer to play the " victims " part at the park next to the dope dealers.
