  1. In my opinion what matters is the supervision by the Sec.Gen. Team , since other positions are locally and politically supported. The Elections in Libya 24 December are fundamental for Africa, Middle East and Europe Stability , they must be fair , honest, transparent and all Votes must be counted and watched while they travel from local Election Office to Main Offices for Certification. Will Interpol help the UN and International Observers ? The Oligarchs and the Oil Sheiks, Energy Traders and the War Profiteers want the Vote to fail , Libya's Elections must succeed !
