South Sudan was pumping 350.000 barrels a day until War started , all sides had Satellite phones , 4x4's and lots of machine guns , and the gold was being smuggled out discreetly, among the Chaos , no one pay attention . Got to find the Gold traders , right ? Who could they be ? Who could trade machine guns and hand grenades and RPG's for Gold ? Who could do such a thing ? South Sudan under Rule of Law could pump 500.000 barrels a day and extract their Minerals and get their Crops out and everyone could be healthy and happy and with 3 meals a day.
