  2. Inflation in EU & US is really 20 % in practical terms : Gasoline ,Diesel, Heating, Electricity and Foods & Fertilizers . That is why a new Peace and Trade Pact between EU,UKR and Russia is the best solution . What is disappointing is the attitude of Kuleba and Zelenskiy : We are not asking to join the EU as Candidates , we are ordering Brussels to obey our orders , or else ! They are occupaying the EU , they are in charge now. And this means that their never - ending War against Russia will take control of the EU Foreign Relations , since they will Veto every possible Solution and Pact with Russia , and that is a disaster for the EU, not able to make Foreign Policy , that is suicide . Pr.Macron Special Community , Parallel Partnership for non - EU neighbor Countries is the right solution and must be implemented today .
