  1. In my opinion EU must propose not only potential Sanctions but also a potential Trade and Jobs Pact , in the talks with Russia and USA next year. About NATO , we must remember that all the Weapons and Technologies , from the first Military Drones many years ago to today were and are financed by the US & EU Taxpayers , from DARPA, CERN to multiple local Official Research Centers , all NATO is US & EU Taxpayers financed . That the Neocon Warmonger Oligarchs have hijacked most of NATO , Brussels and Washington DC Bureaucracy as well as the Media TV pushing hysterically the Crisis, is no excuse , all Military Technologies belong to the US & EU Taxpayers.
