European Commission : AI uses everything that has been written, posted , uploaded to the Internet and Web since the 1980 's, uses every book, every movie , every song, etc. to build its text, video , voice, 3d, hologram , energy , particle answers, and now Scientific AI is using every DATABASE from every EU , US , etc. University, Research Centers, Government Agency, School, Training and investigation program , since the begining of Scientific Time to build new Proteins, new Fuels , new Clean Energies Materials , new Particles, new Molecules, new Atoms interactions, new formulas ,etc., and mostly FINANCED BY THE TAXPAYERS. In my opinion these Facts and Training the Youth at the speed of Light in these new technologies is the 2 key points . In my opinion Europe and Latin America should distribute 20 million Mac , MS, Chrome , Linux laptops right now and train every Student and Entrepreneur and Business Worker , or India and China will do it first.
