The Neocon Oligarchs around Rutte will trigger Article 5 , and their Media TV push the hysteria , and since many EU men are clueless and uninterested, WW3 will start as a Distraction and Profit Business. By January Europe must be very well organized, or it will fail . Europe must build very simple, small and cheap Electric Cars & Work Trucks / Vans , and build own Battery Cathodes , and GPU AI Chips , or it won't make it, in my opinion.
