This is a great excuse so EU Politicians can do what they do best : Organize an endless set of Conferences, Soirees, Meetings, Lunches, Dinners in expensive Hotels and Restaurants that require a new wardrobe & fashion clothes shopping and more Conferences . It supports local industry, a chance to show up in front of the TV Cameras and look upset , and do nothing except more reservations for dinner . Enjoy the langostines !
