  1. PM Harris : Intel is building in Ireland one of the most advanced Chip Wafers Foundry in the World , costing € 25 billion at least, and right next to their existing Factories. Why the Irish Government and the EU did not participate in the financing? And use these incredible Factories to train a whole new crop of European and Irish Engineers and Programmers ? Every Country in the World can only dream to have such Factories, and yet Intel could not get Ireland and EU financing, and sold 49 % to Apollo Global Mgmt, a Neocon Oligarchs Lobby run investment banking group , for around € 11 billion . Can you explain this absurd situation ? There must have been some serious issues , right ? In my opinion this level of incompetence is unacceptable.
