  1. In USA or Canada , you can open a Business in 3 hours , and hire and fire Workers at will ,since you walk out in the street and there are 2 or 3 signs looking for Workers in every city block . The only problem the Worker has is to decide which Job will help more his / her Career , or his / her skills , or his / her bank account. There are Jobs available ( as long as you have Work papers ) everywhere, every day , any time . In Europe the Sindicates mentality is horrendous, in my opinion : Worker see a piece of garbage in the factory or store floor and says : I'm not picking up that garbage , that is not in my Job description. In USA most workers want the Company they work to succeed , because they want to open their own business and succeed too ! Everyone wants to be rich , and they know is only one way : Work harder and smarter than anyone else. Also USA has very generous unemployment benefits , so they are covered . I have never collect unemployment benefits in my life, but I know they are very generous. Ideally somewhere between USA & Europe is a good balance. USA has 300 Scientific AI cutting edge Companies , Europe has 25 or so .
