Dear Euronews : You quote the Institute for the Study of War , which is according to Media , Wikipedia, etc. run by some of the same Neocon Oligarchs that promoted the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars and the " Weapons of Mass Destruction Lies ", like the Kagans, William Kristol , David Petraeus, Joseph Lieberman , etc. and is financed by the Weapons Manufacturers and Military Contractors , etc. In my humble opinion that is an aberration and most Taxpayers in the USA wonder why some of these Warmongers were never indicted . How can the EU participate in this ?
